呢幾日要寄宿於利東邨,所以都行晒大街呀街巿呀圖書館等等。街巿排檔午市海鲜晚飯都食過,反而未試過早餐,今朝上網見到發記竟然有少見牛雜粥,即刻落去試下。九點左右嘅排檔還坐着不少食客,一睇就知都係老街坊,最唔街坊嘅反而係操着外省音廣東話嘅店員。牛雜粥有大有細,價格非常貼地!我叫左碗細嘅只條$21。其實由始至終我對牛雜粥常常存有誤解,以為佢係用生滚粥嘅做法,材料由生煮至熟,類似及弟粥咁;如果真係咁樣,我諗會好食好多……??結果第一次响澳門六記食到嘅,原來只係將白粥撞落去煮好嘅牛雜度。德發嘅做法亦一樣,牛雜嘅各種唔同部位經滾熱綿滑嘅粥底燙過後,味道即刻迫到出嚟,甜甜肉香又有陣淡淡牛至有嘅酥味,幾正!牛雜size剛剛好,一啖可以咬兩件,材料又夠多,淨計牛雜個份量出面買都要廿五至三十蚊。呢個價錢食到咁好質素,的確值得推介。
