有好幾個VIP房, 私人度高, 可以家庭及一大班朋友食飯而不受影響. 連間開VIP房的木板及周圍的裝潢都帶有強烈的中國風格.望完餐牌覺得價錢比一般火鍋店的高, 唔通因為裝潢及餐具都特別所以貴d. 但食過就知點解價錢偏貴, 一飲個湯就覺得值回票價既感覺.連餐具都帶有中國風, 而且乾淨又新.醬油及調味配料用木架裝著, 都幾乾淨, 不過調味配料款式唔多, 只有四種, 就是生蒜, 蔥花, 芫茜及辣椒粒.主角出場!!!! 鮮椰青雞鍋 $248, 睇個價咁貴, 原來即場係客人面前準備湯料, 有新鮮椰子肉, 仲有用酒醃好的雞件, 超香酒味.店員見我地相機食先, 都提我地要小心d火, 店員開始點起火, 當酒精燒到揮發後, 就會冇火, 再倒入原個椰子汁, 同埋預先煲好的椰子雞湯底.當湯料滾起就可以食, 好多雞件, 有半隻雞左右. 店員教路, 先飲湯.一飲個湯就明白點解偏貴, 個湯真係幾濃郁, 好似燉湯的味道, 而且好清已經處理走雞油, 但留有濃濃雞味.椰子味同樣突出, 因為最後倒入新鮮椰子汁.雞件幾大件, 肉質嫩滑, 因為再用雞煲多次個湯, 雞件不會過老.胡爐牛拼盆 (小) $388胡爐牛拼盆 (牛舌

胡爐牛拼盆 (牛舌芯, 特級肥牛, 極上手切肥牛, 日本和牛, 牛粒), 貪食既我想試多幾款牛肉, 叫拼盤最岩.
牛舌芯好夾口, 不算薄切有肉感. 另外牛粒厚身雖啖啖肉, 但要煮耐點先熟.
