To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 個日同朋友去觀塘行街,行到咁上下諗住順便一齊食飯,上OpenRice 搵左好耐,見到呢間龍點心好似唔錯,加上我地都諗唔工食咩好,就決定試下。首先講下啲點心其實都整得幾靚,有啲真係幾精致,味道唔差,啲食材都新鮮,蝦餃燒賣都好彈牙,而且所有點心都係新鮮即叫即蒸。而我自己最愛既始終都係蝦餃同燒賣,因為最經典,由細食到大,皮薄餡靚。另外脆脆富貴紅米腸粉都唔錯,適合鍾意食脆口野既朋友。建議黎到要叫返個一龍大滿足既點心拼盤,因為有好多款式,都算幾抵食,同埋啲點心都幾大舊,好快飽。環境黎講唔錯既,有裝修,坐得都ok舒服,唔會好迫。

首先講下啲點心其實都整得幾靚,有啲真係幾精致,味道唔差,啲食材都新鮮,蝦餃燒賣都好彈牙,而且所有點心都係新鮮即叫即蒸。
