Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 今天是結婚七週年, 所以又有籍口去歎美食,今次特別一點, 不選西餐, 選了一間大家都未曾去過的”阿一”嘩!!真的是第一次到這麼高級的飯店用膳, 很期待啊!! 已在數日前訂座, 更要求靠窗位置.地方雖小, 環景以清雅為主, 燈光柔和, 服務態度不錯, 我們坐在窗邊, 一邊用膳, 一邊欣賞維景當晚點了6餸1湯家鄉豬肉巻($50): 鬆脆的外皮, 包著豬肉、碎香芹、馬蹄等料, 口感不錯, 咬下去沒有多餘的油流出, 再配上酸酸甜甜的醬. 吃完有另人回味的感覺啊! 值得推介一下香煎腐皮素鵝($50):比起前者較為輸蝕, 同樣是鬆脆的外皮, 素鵝則是用了菇類, 未入口已經散了, 需要皮還皮;餡還餡吃, 味道只是一般阿一鮑魚四寶($600/位):廚師推介─ ─吉品鮑魚三十二頭四寶, 包括:三十二頭、一片花膠、一件花菇和一隻鵝掌 雖然有點貴, 但點都要試試阿一鮑魚才算得上”到此一嚐”之感,, 此道菜比較欣賞都是鮑魚, 雖然只是三十二頭, 但尚算滿足, 其次是鵝掌, 很入味, 又大隻. 至於花膠就比較麻麻, 亦不算厚, 口感只是一般. 有點說不出的感覺, 比起我家的花膠差得多翡翠麒麟帶子($180):

家鄉豬肉巻($50): 鬆脆的外皮, 包著豬肉、碎香芹、馬蹄等料, 口感不錯, 咬下去沒有多餘的油流出, 再配上酸酸甜甜的醬. 吃完有另人回味的感覺啊! 值得推介一下


香煎腐皮素鵝($50):比起前者較為輸蝕, 同樣是鬆脆的外皮, 素鵝則是用了菇類, 未入口已經散了, 需要皮還皮;餡還餡吃, 味道只是一般

翡翠麒麟帶子($180):厚厚的帶子, 夾著金燁火腿及鮑菇, 又滑又厚的帶子配上金燁火腿果然不錯, 味道一流


鮮枝銀杏煲淮山($108):清清甜甜的湯, 沒有什麼大驚喜, 只是蓮子帶點苦


茄汁煎大蝦碌($80/隻):酸酸甜甜的蝦, 肉質有點乾及過熟, 而蝦的大小比想像中細很多, 只能叫中蝦碌


籠仔鮮蝦荷葉飯($45):用個小笼盛住,外靓很精緻, 就像一個迷你檽米雞, 吃下去還帶有微微的荷葉香味, 飯粒軟硬適中,還配有切碎的蝦,味道確實不错,但份量確實有點少, 只有半碗飯的份量.


2人滿足地離去,埋單一共$1,356.. 回家還有蛋糕吃
