之前食鐵板燒多數去屋企人介紹荔枝角D2嗰間,但最近成日都訂唔到位,上網搵見到錦田呢間,睇見餐牌都好似幾啱食,所以即刻訂位。訂位要每人比$100訂金,今日同服務員傾計,佢話因為之前太多人no shown,呢度地點有少少唔方便walk in客比較少,所以冇辦法要收訂金。雖然地點唔算好方便,我哋屋企坐的士過嚟$31,走嘅時候就慢慢行去錦上路站,仲去咗轉紅磚屋,之後坐小巴落返屋企。餐廳地方唔算太大,但入邊環境唔逼,感覺通風坐得舒服。今日第一次嚟又週年紀念,所以叫咗最貴嗰個鮑魚龍蝦餐,因為我同老公都唔食鵝肝,所以就轉咗豚肉薄燒俾我哋,另外我唔食魚就轉咗帶子俾我。龍蝦佢係喺入邊處理好先拎出嚟整嘅,唔係喺鐵板嗰度劏,我哋就覺得咁樣感覺比較好,出邊好多都係喺鐵板嗰度劏,好多年前見過人食,嗰隻龍蝦掙扎得好犀利仲噴咗啲汁出嚟,所以之後我同老公都好少鐵板燒叫龍蝦食。首先上沙律,都幾新鮮同清爽,鮑魚唔韌好爽配明太子醬,幾特別幾好味,龍蝦肉質彈牙,好明顯兩樣都好新鮮,帶子都幾好,老公嗰魚肉質都幾好另外個皮好脆,豚肉薄燒肉質就鞋咗少少,牛肉薄燒好香好味,櫻花炒飯好好食,炒雜菜同湯就正正常常冇乜特別,雪糕都唔錯有四
