To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

朋友想揀可以坐得舒服及坐得耐可以傾計餐廳，所以揀了捌壹壹，預約了7點半，到達後先點了酸菜魚，再點牛肉及炒花菜，食物很入味，牛肉也很鮮嫩，但菜起得很慢，到了9點要求我們埋單，並即時清理枱面，我們有飲品都未飲完，就要求我們即時離開，稱有人訂座，所以就直接離開。我們沒有想過食火鍋得個半鐘就趕客走，門外亦沒有張貼時限通告，其他客人坐的時間更長也沒有被趕走，只趕我們走，是覺得我們消費低，就趕我們走？況且人哋有訂枱又冇可能即時訂，為何不告知要9點交枱，讓我們沒有選擇情況下被趕走，這間店舖係絕對唔會再幫襯😡
