日本菜對我來說的吸引力也太大!每當相約朋友,我提議的聚會地點總離不開日本餐廳。上次經過邊寧頓街的Firebird ,見食物選擇多之餘,價格也合理,當中有不少食材是日本產,我對此印象不錯,所以這次聚會我們選了Firebird。我和友人這晚下班後比較早就入座,揀選了舒適的沙發位,慢慢地餐廳裡也堆滿了人。店內播著經典的外國流行歌,歌曲伴著我們看餐牌。我們點了沙律、壽司、燒物、火鍋、飲品、及甜品,非常豐富的一餐!先吃個份量多,質素不錯的三代目軟殼蟹沙律,店員細心地剪開一大隻脆炸軟殼蟹,來方便我們進食,也協助我們把沙律拌勻,很細心!軟殻蟹很香脆,有少量蟹膏!當中還有沙律菜、雞柳、芝士粒、車厘茄、青瓜、雞蛋等等,用料豐富,食材新鮮。看到了有明太子伴玉子燒的選擇,朋友二話不說決定要點。我一向對日式玉子燒沒有太大的嚮往,吃過這家的出品,令我有重新欣賞的念頭。食材是日本產的,金黃色的玉子質感柔軟,蛋香味豐富。大大粒微辣的明太子融於口中,伴著玉子吃下,更添風味!然後來吃我最愛的手切牛舌燒,牛舌是薄切的,入口軟腍帶點爽口,碳燒味香濃,調味和火喉不錯!餐廳主打是燒物,我們點了平時較少吃的燒味醂雞泡魚乾。魚乾燒
