鮨生賢位於灣仔囍帖街隔離,餐廳係主打壽司的廚師發辦的!一入餐廳就被「一握入魂」的巨型字畫吸引,可想而知師傅最出色一定係握壽司!我哋選擇咗15件壽司嘅Omakase Set,當中包含了很多第一次品嘗嘅魚類,充滿驚喜!我哋除咗享受美食,仲可以欣賞師傅手藝,更加可以同師傅談天說地,今晚係一個令人愉快嘅晚上!先付酸薑,柚子蘿蔔的味道剛剛好,微微酸甜,非常開胃!壽司十五件每款壽司都採用赤醋飯,飯身粒粒分明,軟硬適中,而且最厲害嘅地方係全部壽司都唔會被夾散!另外壽司已經加上wasabi 同醬油,可以直接品嘗!平政壽司想不到平政係白身魚,竟然魚味濃郁,而且好鮮甜,正呀!深海池魚腩壽司魚油香四溢,非常肥美!再加上少許海膽點綴,令人印象難忘!花魚壽司花魚通常用作製作一夜干!花魚壽司係第一次嘗試到!花魚配一點梅子醬汁,很不錯!火炙尾長壽司尾長都係我第一次食!火炙過的尾長爽口彈牙,而且經過師傅秘製,有一種特別嘅鮮味!平目壽司上層係火炙過嘅平目魚邊,魚油爆發出嚟,超讚!下層係平目魚身,加埋一齊口感和味道嘅層次豐富!真係不得了!赤貝壽司赤貝加上少許青檸汁和西檸皮作調味,更能提升赤貝嘅鮮甜味!very nice!
