To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

Chatterbox cafe 聽個名你以為係啲咩港女西餐廳，點知原來佢係出名食海南雞飯星洲菜，好日都唔會去K11 Musea，但今次食完Chatterbox，就多咗一個好好嘅原因成日嚟裝修環境就唔使講啦，係得K11，實有返咁上下，成間野整體感覺時尚、亦都好舒服，座位都係鬆動，唔會同隔離太貼。餐牌唔算好大本，選擇貴精不貴多，佢哋係掃QR code落單嘅，所以都非常方便。🐣文華海南雞飯唔使諗必叫啦，如果想食雞髀加$10就有啦。賣相唔算驚天動地，都係好平實嘅海南雞飯，但每樣嘢食落口，就真係明白點解會係王牌。雞，滑，去骨，唔肥，佢應該放咗啲特別嘅醬油落去，就算唔點醬，都好夠味，仲要係好好味個隻，份量一啲都唔細，有兩層嘅雞髀肉㗎。油飯都係十分出色，有油香但係食落唔肥膩，加埋佢個湯，真係令人好滿足。🦐星洲海鮮炒貴刁呢個貴刁我會話係一個黐線嘅炒貴刁，係你望落去係好油，食落去其實都有啲油膩感，但其實真係好好食，好夠鑊氣，每一條貴刁上面嘅醬油都係平均，啲海鮮都係好有醬油鑊氣嘅味。最黐線嘅位係（我唔知自己有冇食錯啦），佢入面有少少脆脆口感嘅東西，開頭我見到係一啲魚乾仔嚟嘅，後尾食食吓就覺得係有啲炸豬油渣

🦐星洲海鮮炒貴刁
呢個貴刁我會話係一個黐線嘅炒貴刁，係你望落去係好油，食落去其實都有啲油膩感，但其實真係好好食，好夠鑊氣，每一條貴刁上面嘅醬油都係平均，啲海鮮都係好有醬油鑊氣嘅味。最黐線嘅位係（我唔知自己有冇食錯啦），佢入面有少少脆脆口感嘅東西，開頭我見到係一啲魚乾仔嚟嘅，後尾食食吓就覺得係有啲炸豬油渣，嗰一刻我就覺得，係咪黐線，唔怪得知得炒得咁好食。雖然充滿邪惡感，但我覺得都值得一食。
