如果不是朋友喜歡四圍搵食都差點錯過了這裡,平時行過半島酒店知道有個商場,原來地庫有間超高顏值嘅日本餐廳,今天難得放閒日,於是就埋朋友一齊去食佢嘅午市廚師發板,餐廳裝修好有日式庭園感覺,入到了餐廳就見到師傅工作嘅吧枱,客人就可以以最近距離欣賞師傅手勢!坐低後發現omakase係由日藉米芝蓮大廚主理師傅主理,當然不用考慮就係選omakase!前菜鰻魚苗是海鰻的幼魚,是春季的限定食材,魚身透明,質感爽滑,滑入喉嚨的爽滑口感北海道馬糞海膽配上Royal Caviar Club嘅黑魚子上面有還有金箔已經非常吸睛,再加埋底層還有鮮甜松葉蟹腳肉配上由海苔及平貝汁煮成嘅啫喱,入口個種味道已經感覺十分豐富!關東遼參釀製墨魚肉,參肉色白豐厚,爽滑彈牙,墨魚肉入口爽彈入味前菜完了接住就係壽司有肉質細緻爽口帶油份,味道甜美嘅深海池魚肉質彈牙,鮮甜美味,爽口滋味嘅富山灣白蝦魚油香味 香濃入口肥美而且肉質嫰滑赤鯥魚香持而恰到好處的魚油脂,非常甘香嘅中拖羅利用煙燻櫻花木煙燻過嘅鰹魚,增添一股煙燻風味,而魚肉中間仍呈現半生狀態,入口即化的口感安康魚肝,有海底鵝肝之稱的鮟鱇魚肝口感細滑,配上奈良漬物入口更加甜美肉質實淨
