一行四人,為友人慶祝生日,朋友想食中餐,最後選擇了呢間,一間全無味精嘅中餐廳杏汁燉白肺湯 ($98/碗,兩位起)怕太飽,又想飲湯,所以叫了兩碗 share,一直好喜歡飲白肺湯,可惜出面已經買少見少了,奶白色嘅湯,味道濃稠又滑溜,好香杏仁味口感滑溜。豬肺清洗得好乾淨,無特別嘅味道,仲好軟滑焗釀蟹蓋 ($248/隻,兩隻起)呢個蟹蓋材料豐富,有新鮮蟹肉、洋蔥同瑤柱,平時食嘅蟹蓋通常都加入白汁,呢個就材料十足,蟹蓋上釀上餡料,再加芝士焗,表層焗得到金黃色,因為無加任何汁料,所以好鮮甜,啖啖蟹肉,係非一般嘅焗蟹蓋薑蔥海龍皇 ($488) 海龍皇其實係海鮮煲,有金蠔、鮑魚同大蝦,外脆內嫩嘅蠔,大大隻,蠔味濃郁;鮑魚肉厚、肉質嫩滑鮮甜,大蝦彈牙又鮮甜;仲用咗好多薑蔥,唔怪得上菜時咁香鵝肝蝦多士 ($188/件)大大塊鵝肝,外脆內軟,入口即溶化,個汁用缽酒做,酸酸甜甜,加埋沙律菜感覺上無咁油膩,蝦多士正正方方,脹卜卜,釀滿蝦肉,又彈牙,炸至金黃色,香脆得來又乾身豉油雞 ($268半隻)半隻雞,用瓦煲上,好多汁,雞剛剛熟,好嫩滑,味道剛好不會太鹹,加碗白飯就prefect蝦乾魚肚大芥菜煲 ($168
