To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

吃永合隆的燒肉已經超過二十五年了,除了二十多年前曾在店內光顧外,每一次都是外賣。從朋友口中得知店內種種都未有改變,菜乾湯的湯是放在水煲內,當奉客時灌入放有湯料的碗內。老實說,除了燒腩外,其它燒味不敢恭維。要吃好吃的,就一定要等豬的胸骨正中的位置,稍前或稍後,就會過肥或過瘦。永合隆的燒肉是好吃的,雖然自老師傅退休後燒肉的質素跟以前相比有很大的差別,但這燒肉可說是我在世界上吃過其中之一個最好的。如果食家只求燒肉皮脆、肉嫩、多汁,相信此店之燒腩在剛出爐時吃之應不會讓人失望。要求高一點的話,細心品嘗下,會發現此店之燒腩有著豬肉的鮮甜和柔柔的炭香,這些味道是別處找不到的。唯一不足的是豬肚的咸香跟從前老師傅所做的還差很遠。觀此店,察興衰。從排隊購買的人龍可知一二。上茶樓,喝奶茶。怎會好喝呢?
