To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 記得兒時於「崩牙成私房菜」食過嘅豬肚尖如何爽脆巧薄惹味,食後更有幸聽名廚講解其出品之豬肚尖每隻豬只可取出最尖頂之部位,價格高全因每碟炒出嘅足料豬肚尖要用上幾十隻豬取出,以確保菜式美味,合格標準極其震撼
。$108作為前菜一啲都唔平,質素仲要咁低,個人覺得即使「十里洋場」將菜名改為「富貴糟豬肚」都唔夠班做招牌菜囉
,最簡單嘅解決方法就係喺餐牌刪除咗佢。

黑松露珍珠燻溏心蛋($68/兩隻):連玻璃蓋上嘅燻蛋由傳菜生即場開蓋,造出煙燻效果,席上大大小小都睇得咁興奮
!燻蛋色彩鮮美吸睛,溏心蛋黃柔滑流心,外層蛋白又夠厚彈,無奈師傅喺頂面加咗同樣擁有濃郁氣味嘅黑松露,蛋蛋同時發出嘅煙燻味及黑松露香即產生沖突

「十里洋場」環境時尚,闊落舒適,格調高尚,服務亦細心周全,反而食物質素就有所參差
。其實確認訂座及入座時,接待生已重複提醒五人要八點前離座,但當餸菜一窩蜂咁一次過上哂就有少少糟蹋之嫌囉!餐廳為菜式所訂下高企嘅價位,某程度上應該係要應對返利園昂貴嘅粗金,不過個人覺得最唔抵就係食咗啲弄巧反拙燻蛋、勁腥嘅「貴」(桂)魚、肥哂佬嘅豬肚尖同豆沙香蕉甜品
。由於XO仔對廚房精心炮製出嘅兩款小籠包素鵝蝦仁等都十分滿意,綜合各方面嘅評分最終就決定俾個「OK」佢,希望鼓勵餐店可作出調整
