To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 最初打算食黃油蟹,經過擾攘後,最終我們決定--北京樓北京樓在星光行三樓,乘電梯或乘升降機都可直達,但reception設在電梯那邊,如果乘升降機到達,就好像走入了側門,没有被關注真的是間很旺的食肆,坐無虛設,外國食客都唔少,八時多到達,相信是第二輪了,絶對不能說招呼一流,算是還可以罷… 我們點了:淆肉-真的是晶瑩剔透,混了淆肉上僅有的薑及加上一點的醋,味道更特出 素鵝 – 一般,不突出XXXX忘記名字) – 白肉加上醬油一起吃的,還有類此粉皮的在白肉下,OK好味鹵水鴨舌 – 賣相排得相當整齊,但欠光澤,好像是放了很欠,味道是有點甜甜的,去了骨好像連質感也去掉,不是不好吃但欠了點風味,和吃過的台灣鴨舌不同干燒明蝦球 – 蝦大大隻的,挺爽口,有少少辣味富貴雞(乞丐雞) – 需要預定的,這是一道卓頭菜,特別是帶外國遊客來真是一流,完全有做SHOW的感覺,酒樓還會給你拍照及送上一個迷李的金色小鎚作留念,雖然没有點拉麵,但在席間都可以看到拉麵表演講番隻雞:用荷葉包,但吃不到荷葉香,雞胸比較“鞋”其他部位都可以,還放了冬菇一起煮,冬菇都煮得淋及入味,味道OK,但有朋友食到洋蔥甜甜地???烤北京填鴨

真的是間很旺的食肆,坐無虛設,外國食客都唔少,八時多到達,相信是第二輪了,絶對不能說招呼一流,算是還可以罷…

烤北京填鴨 – 唔算好肥,應該講如果肥D會仲好味,皮脆又有鴨味,伴京蔥及海鮮醬,正,可惜薄餅皮唔多夠,淨食鴨肉,好似有所欠缺
金華火煺津白 – 清新與甘香,一齊食最prefect,但是金華火煺得幾片,所以一啖甘香,幾啖清新‧.
海參鍋巴 – 不知是否服務員放久了才分上枱,鍋巴洩了氣,但海參及湯汁都OK
蔥爆羊肉及蔥爆牛肉 – 不論是牛肉及羊肉,都没有特別,令人印象不深
豆沙鍋餅 – 熱熱的,雖然是油炸,但不油膩及甜度適中
拔絲香蕉 – 比較特別是用加冰玉泉忌廉浸過的,口感幾好,浸過冰玉泉凝結後的糖漿也不會太硬,香蕉香軟,而且服務員的手勢都OK,完完整整的一個個拔絲香蕉放在碟上
