To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 話說,我真係好鍾意食印度薄餅Naan...... 早前有位印度Mix朋友仔介紹我去尖東試一間印度素食餐廳Sangeetha。雖然見每個Staff都係印度人,不過佢地都有職員識廣東話架。就算唔好彩無人識中文,Menu係中英對照,所以唔洗膽心點唔到菜見到餐廳淨係得我們一枱香港人,我就知我會食到好正宗的印度菜!到印度餐廳,一定不能錯過好出名的芒果味印度奶昔(Mango Lasssi)!味道似芒果乳酪飲品,酸酸甜甜好正架!另外,朋友仔就叫左杯朱古力奶昔(Chocolate Milkshake),鍾意朱古力味的朋友,記住要攪勻痴係杯上的朱古力醬哦。原來印度都有佢的芝士架,身為芝士迷的我,即刻叫返碟!呢碟係印式芝士65(Paneer 65),切到一粒粒的芝士痴左粉去炸到脆卜卜,芝士味道唔算太濃,吱埋個青檸,就算唔係芝士粉絲都應該接受到。比大家睇睇芝士的橫切面,個粉其實好薄,而且唔會好油膩,想食真印度菜的大家不能不點。食印度菜,點可以少左咖哩呢?餐廳提供多種不同的素食咖哩,當中包括豆咖哩、薯仔咖哩、蔬菜咖哩。今次,我們就點了一份印式芝士黃油咖哩(Paneer Butter Masala)。咖哩味好香

到印度餐廳,一定不能錯過好出名的芒果味印度奶昔(Mango Lasssi)!味道似芒果乳酪飲品,酸酸甜甜好正架!另外,朋友仔就叫左杯朱古力奶昔(Chocolate Milkshake),鍾意朱古力味的朋友,記住要攪勻痴係杯上的朱古力醬哦。

原來印度都有佢的芝士架,身為芝士迷的我,即刻叫返碟!呢碟係印式芝士65(Paneer 65),切到一粒粒的芝士痴左粉去炸到脆卜卜,芝士味道唔算太濃,吱埋個青檸,就算唔係芝士粉絲都應該接受到。

今次,我們就點了一份印式芝士黃油咖哩(Paneer Butter Masala)。咖哩味好香,而且唔會太辣。加左牛油令咖哩更香滑。不過印式芝士,我都係鍾意炸到香口個款多D。

兩款烤餅都係非常香,食得出係岩岩新鮮出爐!我最鍾意的係超級香口的蒜香烤餅,蒜蓉應該係用了新鮮切的蒜頭先會達到呢個香味,加上少量的芫茜,令到烤餅一上桌已經香氣撲鼻。

另外,我們都叫左有餡的薯仔餡餅(Aloo Paratha)。呢個餡餅用左兩片煎得香口的薄餅去夾住好香胡椒味薯仔餡,點一點酸忌廉去平衡下,令人停唔到口。

另外,我們仲叫左份Dragon Mushroom。個人覺得呢個菜式好岩香港人口味,利用洋蔥及Nuts炒香蘑菇,非常香!我同朋友仔食到停唔到口。

最後,我們叫左份印式甜品Kulfi,其實呢個甜品唔係Menu度架,係職員介紹的。Search返呢個被稱為印度雪糕,主要用奶同Nuts整成,我個人都幾鍾意食奶款的製品,食落同平時的雪糕無咁實,宜宜有不同的香料同Nuts係入面,值得幾個朋友仔黎叫一份share試一試。
