To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

有咩好得過等客果時搵野食呢?記得哩頭有間細細間舊式麵檔,讀書果時都會同同學黎食,平到食兩碗都夠錢比,今時今日價錢雖然加左,但都係咁抵食,隔近士多買到罐經典啤酒,入去搵位坐低,必叫一定係薄豬扒,佢絕對係恩物,大大塊,幫你切埋條,方便食,就係因為塊豬扒薄,所以真係炸得好脆,同埋一定熟,唔洗食生豬肉.一啖豬扒一啖啤酒,係爽既.整多碗牛筋魚蛋河,牛筋滷到好焾,一啜就滑入口中,夠曬入味,魚蛋就普普通通啦,河粉都ok,整多碟郊外油菜先健康架嘛,自家製腐乳醬好鬼好味,哩個價錢,食到飽,又好味,正呀.
