行行下 K11 購物藝術館見到大排長龍,朋友話老闆原來之前係酒店名廚,羊群效應又忍唔住要排隊試下,唔算太耐 大概15分鐘就入到去。爵肉牛柳原來爵肉牛柳又名係叫雀肉牛柳,即係鴨肝醬咁解,都算係鮮見菜式。牛柳係以鴨肝醬塗抹喺鐵板上煎熟,整塊牛柳充滿油香,食落去腍熟嫩滑,卻依然保存到肉汁同肉香~祥仔脆脆豬扒飯見到每一枱都必點既豬扒飯當然要試下! 菜式係分開豬扒同埋飯上菜,炸豬扒係巨大厚肉豬里肌肉即炸而成,麵包糠唔會好厚, 外皮黃金香脆但內裡嘅豬扒卻係粉嫩軟滑,肉質甘香鬆軟,配埋酸酸甜甜嘅蕃茄飯味道,鮮香甘甜,令人回味!零油感蝦多士首先不得不讚佢真係完全零油感 唔會好似平時食開嘅蝦多士咁油淋淋 烘至香脆嘅多士上面舖住半融焦香嘅芝士,然後係爽滑彈牙嘅原隻蝦肉,面頭仲加咗少少香料,惹味又口感豐富!
