同客人食飯話要食日本菜,相信nobu 就最適合。中午第一次去食,原來有好多定食款,但同客人食就一定選多款細份量嘅tasting menu. 天婦羅炸蝦同魚子醬三文魚他他都係經典菜式,其他地方食吾到甘好食。銀鱈魚同A5 和牛都好味,我估本身個食材就已經靚,所以酒店級師父一煎就超班
