To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 今日去開東港城，唸住試吓未試過嘅餐廳，行哂成個商場最後都係揀左經常幫襯嘅牛角。買過外賣無數次，宜家疫情好左，外賣無之前6折咁抵。叫左兩個外賣兩個都係醬燒牛腹胸飯，其中一個走蔥。$72一個，金會員85折、銀會員9折。9折左大概$65一個，連汽水、茶或者支裝水。醬燒牛腹胸飯香口過另外個牛肉飯，應該係溫泉玉子蒜香牛肉飯。有紫菜碎再加埋醬汁撈飯一流！可能太開胃，略嫌份量有啲細，唔係好夠食。店員都好有禮貌，會繼續幫襯外賣。堂食就有啲難，店舖較細，尤其係weekend排隊等位好耐，一早㩒定飛會好啲。
