To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

我吾識分譚仔好食定三哥好食……就算同樣係譚仔，都吾係間間一樣水準嘅！呢間裝修後我都經常嚟，因為水準好。今次食墨丸，魚片頭，清湯，爽米線。我鍾意爽口啲嘅。慢慢食都吾會變到林bet bet墨丸同魚片頭都算爽口，一啲都吾油。感覺健康啲……（自欺中）每樣餸都有4，5件，多過出面一般米線舖啦。雖然話清湯，都有腐皮，牙菜，韭菜。夠味嘅。嚟多杯咸07。仲可以消滯。合共$48就埋帶。吾錯啦！平時都有食佢嘅土匪雞翼，好野味㗎！下次致食喇。
