To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

此舖在重慶大廈樓上,行上樓梯,一印度人指往其隔鄰在固定時間會提供素食的封閉式印度餐廳,不過都係幫趁呢間時時提供素食的好。午時去到只見此店為兩邊相對的開放式舖位,印度裔老板娘在收銀枱和數南亞裔男店員在一邊的廚位,另一邊是一堆長方形枱和櫈,環境寬闊寧靜,成邊只有我一人入坐,用英文溝通我點了North Thali, 似乎客人主要是南亞人,餐是很印度味道,食唔慣印度咖哩的辣,我連續地用枱上的鐵水壼添水落膠杯飲解辣。快食完時,約一點半後,見其實又唔係得我一個客,因為跟住見一中國男子來點咗個炒飯,跟著又見一錫克教包頭男子與兩三南亞裔男子來,還說less spicy。大概我們下次去吃印度餐識得講這句話應該會好些。
