舞伴搖身一變成大銀行家後即入埋「香港華商銀行公會」,真係冇估到原來私人會所嘅年費只須$50,冇入會費,絕對抵玩,不過一旦離職後其年費就會變做$500,亦可選擇退會,咁都好公平。收到通知10月22日起,會所限時推出節令「精選大閘蟹全蟹餐」($550/位;兩位起),即約同小肥去試;一睇到菜單上其中一項為原隻清蒸大閘蟹時,細佬直言自己唔識食喎,靚女廚神仲好有誠意咁話拆蟹可包喺佢身上,嘻嘻,教人難以推搪!之前黎親都係長輩請客,大班人有房坐,第一次喺大堂用餐,感覺開揚啲,連冷氣都勁啲。餐桌上擺有自用及公用餐具,仲有成盒紙巾任用,夠哂衛生。蟹宴初推出,店內似乎只有兩口子預訂,全程由肥叔叔主持,餸菜續道上,以確保每款食用時為最佳狀態,時間控制得恰到好處,專業得很!前菜拼盆:打頭陣嘅三款前菜「黃金蟹粉百花球」、「蟹粉脆春卷」、「野蜂蜜酸子薑」兩人份量一同以拼盤呈上。炸至金黃嘅黃金蟹粉百花球鬆爽彈牙,邊食啲黃金蟹粉邊爆於口腔,舌尖滲滿鮮香甜美,爆!熱辣辣、脆卜卜嘅蟹粉脆春卷毫不油膩,餡心包入蟹粉更覺鮮嫩潤甜。XO仔一向少食薑,因為怕辣。意外地塗上野蜂蜜醬嘅子薑甜潤爽脆,雖帶有辣勁,但就易入口得多。大閘蟹
