以前屋企附近雞地都有越北,之後搬咗,今次去開大橋街市朗屏果邊,就順便食埋晚餐。🐮越南生牛肉湯粉🍜$68上枱就將生牛肉放入熱湯浸熟,牛肉切得好薄,所以浸一陣就熟熟地,再飲啖牛骨湯,湯頭清甜不油膩,越南粉滑溜有彈性。🥖招牌傳統法包🥖$58法包焗得香脆,內餡好豐富,包內搽咗鴨肝醬、扎肉、雜蹄肉、酸菜🥕絲、芫荽、🌶️辣椒粒,味道不錯。🥬馬拉盞灼生菜🥬 $30生菜灼後加微辣馬拉盞醬,增添馬來風味。🦐蜆港炸蝦餅🦐半份跟餐+$28炸蝦餅是必點小吃,蝦肉鮮甜彈牙。🥭水晶芒果沙冰🥤跟餐+$8芒果沙冰香甜清爽,水晶珠珠有咬口。🍋凍檸茶🥤跟餐+$9凍檸茶正常水準。晚市都幾多街方幫襯,店員服務親切,會介紹邊樣最好食。
