To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 話說 叫咗個例湯 隔咗一段時間之後話賣晒我已經唔太滿意 2021年 落單嘅時候用電腦 應該已經睇到賣晒 咁嘅科技都未有 有無搞錯跟住轉叫左另一個貴啲嘅燉湯 佢竟然無幫我取消到原本嘅例湯 埋單嘅時候照收錢 而張單嘅字體太細 我屋企人又睇唔清楚不過佢好彩 簽卡嘅唔係我如果唔係 我一定去沙田警署 報案懷疑串謀詐騙(備注:兩日後當面同經理投訴,佢否認詐騙,佢話意外,沒有表示歉意,沒有任何補償。原來計多錢係意外,我又學咗野。)另一方面 呢間野服務超級有問題侍應人手應該起碼增加三倍基本上客人完全無人理 我自己出去加熱水 自己出去電腦前面叫佢落單燉湯嚟到嘅時候 佢就咁擺低 完全無企圖或意圖幫我哋分我自己要出去攞碗 自己分侍應見到我咁做 完全唔會制止 沒有最慘 只有更慘隔離枱有個蒸扇貝 漏咗單 追極都未有我見到那個男客人嬲嘅樣 忍唔住笑好睇過電視劇集我唔明白點解可以收加一服務費 係咪自己服務自己順帶一提 那個西米焗布甸簡直係世界級佢夠膽拎出嚟俾人食 先至夠經典外表似雞蛋焗魚腸 食落無味 竟然要收$88我竟然無退貨 真係對佢太仁慈咁嘅食品同服務質素 連屋邨酒樓嘅水平都未去到竟然仲可以生存喺今日嘅香港應該

不過佢好彩 簽卡嘅唔係我
