To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 這天來到了鑽石山逛逛🧍🏻‍♀️老實說..附近也沒什麼好逛的🤔但在疫情下....也沒有什麼活動可以進行就是了那就只能吃吃吃嘍~哈哈哈🤣這次在12點左右來到了這家烏冬店這個時間剛巧也是中午吃飯的時間🕛在門外排隊進店的人不算少....但幸好很快便能入席🙊大概也就等了10分鐘左右吧~這次點了...🍜天婦羅炸蝦蟹柳配烏冬 $68烏冬跟炸蝦、蟹柳是分開上的👍🏻吃烏冬最怕就是吃到沒咬口的...而這烏冬吃下去還是有嚼勁的😌還算可以😙😙湯底方面倒是比較清淡不過清淡的湯底中和了炸物的油膩配著炸物吃倒是顯得剛剛好~炸物是2隻蝦🍤跟1條蟹柳吃下去還不錯😌炸粉也不算太厚~這個性價比倒是合理的~

吃烏冬最怕就是吃到沒咬口的...
而這烏冬吃下去還是有嚼勁的😌
還算可以😙😙
湯底方面倒是比較清淡
不過清淡的湯底中和了炸物的油膩
配著炸物吃倒是顯得剛剛好~
