To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 蕃茄蟹膏湯河$49不是正宗的蟹膏粉?因為少了豬紅。但有蕃茄,豆卜,札肉和蟹膏蕃茄煮得較生,也有蕃茄味, 不酸不甜;豆卜顏色雖然深,但其實沒有甚麼味道;札肉切得太薄,少了口感而蟹膏也較失色,蟹味欠奉,也不是蛋餅口感,較重肉味,較似吃鬆散的肉餅最重點是其湯底,原本看其紅色,以為會是濃厚的蕃茄味,怎料只有椰奶味,且帶少許酸味。至於檬粉也是偏淋身越式三寶配湯河$52有香茅豬扒、扎肉和越式春卷香茅豬扒因加上孜然粉,令平平無奇的薄切炸豬扒,加了不少分,起碼比較野味。札肉本來沒有特別,但加上該店辣椒醬,增添了風味,辣椒夠辣偏咸不太油。越式春卷正常,脆口不太油。加配泰式奶茶$12有泰式奶茶香氣,不會太甜,也有茶味,夠滑。以越式餐廳價格來說,不算貴,雖然份量不多,但價格合理,味道也不低於正常水平
