To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

限最令放寬返四人晚飯之後，終於可以約下朋友食晚飯。有朋友喺牛頭角附近返工，所以諗住試吓呢間🙂喺海濱公園隔離，平日夜晚環境都幾靜，好啱朋友坐低傾偈飲吓嘢。首先有個驚喜小食-麻辣雞翼我以為會係好西式嗰啲啦，點知個雞翼竟然有麻辣嘅四川風味😂雖然同餐廳好似有少少格格不入😆但係我覺得個雞翼好好食！夠麻又唔太辣！岩哂我😋炸甜番薯條嘉里西亞八爪魚配柚子沙律一大條八爪魚soso☺️八爪魚煮得幾淋乳豬pancake，個乳豬皮炸得好脆🙂香煎鴨胸個鴨胸煮得幾淋😋啖啖肉Impossible 素肉千層麵😀食落同真肉嘅味道好似幾乎分唔出😃Ginger freeze 味道同ginger Ale 差唔多，薑味再比較重伯爵茶焦糖布甸💛茶味好重登登登登!好似話好多人都為咗呢個pancake 嚟呢度食㗎😋焦糖脆脆pancake，上邊嗰啲焦糖脆脆呢咬落口會有浸煙味走出黎好得意！整個甜品感覺唔會太甜☺️幾特別，第一次食咁樣嘅pancake 配搭✨
