銅鑼灣地帶「Hesheeat」係小編經常同朋友飯後甜品嘅地方, 不過其實唔止甜品出名架, 主菜都相當有水準! 剛好小妹收工話想食綠茶心太軟, 梗係要黎「Hesheeat」啦! 先食正餐~ 蟹肉蕃茄牛油果沙律 ($95) 沙律賣相相當精美!😍 最底層係軟滑creamy嘅牛油果醬, 第二層係已拆骨嘅啖啖鮮甜蟹肉, 之後就係酸甜清新嘅蕃茄粒, 加上矜貴嘅黑魚子醬, 味道和口感都達至極致,一試難忘!😋 另一個食法, 可以將沙律放係香脆多士上面一齊食, 又是另一番風味! 覺得太膩,可以食下以黑醋、檸檬汁和橄欖油調味嘅雜菜沙律,都幾開胃架!😏 炸磨菇釀雞肉($68) 上枱時新鮮熱辣炸好,脆炸得很! 雞肉釀係蘑菇裏面一齊炸,美味可口, 再蘸上黑松露蛋黃醬,更添美味!👍🏻 焗龍蝦仔黑魚子牛角包($102) 嘩,份量超足! 黑魚子多到呢!😍鹹香得黎,又有口感!😎 牛角包焗得香脆可口, 特調嘅龍蝦仔沙律夾係牛角包中間, 份量一點也不吝嗇,肉質鮮味彈牙, 薯條🍟外皮炸得勁香脆,薯肉軟腍,正!😋 旁邊還有雜菜沙律,可以解解膩呢! 見到有special menu, 梗係要試
