To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

同老公拍拖拖去食晏，日本嘢真係香港人至愛，餐廳成日都滿座。餐廳啲枱凳都算細，如果著件厚衫都唔知擺邊。好彩店員會俾一個籃你放地下。午市定食可以加配好多小食，但個飯已經夠大，所以就咁叫咗兩個定食。跟餐配凍果茶，即係普通雪梨茶。滑蛋吉列豬扒丼定食($98)。豬扒炸得通透， 肉質夠軟身。雞蛋都滑溜有蛋香。個飯唔太淋唔太硬有少少汁，好好味。定食有碗湯同沙律，不過不失。野菌燒牛肉丼定食($75)。一嚟到聞到好香牛肉味，仲有好香菇菌味。比起滑蛋豬扒丼，呢個比較濃味 。值得一讚係牛肉唔會好似吉野X啲牛肉咁肥。總結係，呢個價錢食到呢個水準算係咁啦~
