To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 記得幾年前曾經到這大廈見工,那時覺得怎麼這裡好像被孤立,要走長長的行人天橋才去得到,如果不是來上班的話,有誰會來這邊?後來旁邊的政府總部開始運作,似乎這邊的人流明顯地多了。是晚再走到這座大廈,卻有種遠離煩嚣的美好。這家餐廳在尖沙咀棉登徑剛開時已經吃過數次,後來去的人太多,不想排隊又懶訂座,已經很久去了,但原來她靜悄悄的在這裡開了分店。新店的面積大得多,牆上掛著一架大 單車,一眼就能認得出和舊店如出一徹。裝潢仍然沿用英倫風,甚為型格,而我最喜歡就是這裡的戶外座位,可看到少許維港海景,迎著微風,悠然自在。看看餐牌,食物選擇比以前多,除了All Day Breakfast和Egg Benedict等早餐外,還有Pasta和肉類的Main Course。飲料方面也很多元化,咖啡果汁是基本,酒精飲品也不少,還有自家調製的Cocktail。是晚叫了一杯Adam’s Dream ($88),由Denizen rum, Pomme liqueur, bubbles和蘋果汁混合而成,面層的泡泡其實是Earl Grey foam,還灑了一些肉桂粉,味道挺獨特,以Cocktail來說算是容易入口。Musse

Mussels in White wine cream sauce ($138)。青口肉鮮嫰,白酒忌廉汁煮得很濃郁,味道是不錯,但如果用麵包沾著醬汁吃就會覺得偏鹹了點。

Seafood Bouillabaisse ($138)。海鮮湯的賣相很精美,木板上放著烤多士和盛著海鮮湯的玻璃矮身瓶,海鮮料多得堆滿瓶口,有蝦、帶子、蜆、青口等等。湯的味道挺濃郁,有鮮味之餘亦帶濃濃的蕃茄味。

Spring Chicken Stuffed with carrot & pork mince ($218)。烤過的春雞塞滿了紅蘿蔔豬肉餡,餡料很惹味,因為吸收了雞的肉汁,至於春雞的肉質也算嫰,不會太乾,沾點特製的醬汁,味道不錯。另外很喜歡 伴碟的蔬菜,色彩超繽粉,有齊五種顏色。

最後當然少不了甜品,有好幾款想吃,但最後點了比較特別的Bacon and Egg Ice cream。甜品的presentation很特別,有七個飲Shooter的小杯,左右放了塗了橙味果醬的多士棒,中間是四個迷你雪糕,雪糕的奶味挺 重,雖是雞蛋味,亦有少許煙肉的鹹香,吃的時候可額外灑些煙肉碎,喜歡嚐新的朋友不要錯過。

天氣微涼,很適合坐在戶外座位,整個用餐感覺都很舒適,下一次想在午餐時段來吃Saturday Brunch,感受一下不一樣的閒適生活。
