To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 自從轉左工都會出入中上環一帶,上星期適逢Happy Friday的關係.又唔想淨係得飲酒Chill下,又想有美食鄰近港鐵站的話,朋友介紹位於中環金融街8號國際金融中心商場3樓,無敵維港的景色唔錯的選擇-【CaN LaH】Happy Hour的關係,有Classic Cocktail. Mocktail. Draught Beer或者Bottle Beer,款式唔算好多,不過基本上大家平時習慣點的飲品都會有.其中Pina Colada酒精度都高,不過有Coconut的味道幾特別,個人都幾鍾意.以新加坡的茶式,香港比較少見又夠風味,估不到今次朋友介紹的確出色.吃得出有新加坡味道,原來是新加坡師傅的出品,怪不得有這種風味.眼淚蝦棗作為前菜,的確大人小朋友都會喜歡. 蝦棗炸至金黄香脆輕輕黏上旁邊的醬汁,非常開胃.老隆藥膳肉骨茶原煲奉上已經想當吸引,當中以十字排骨好軟淋而且肉骨茶的味道唔算好多藥材的味道,以少許胡椒香,飲落好舒服.百香果沙律蝦球,就到炎夏的關係這個蝦球不二之處,每粒大蝦好香脆又飽滿連同百香果沙律汁下,非常開胃.芙蓉燒蟹,首次吃過這種食法非常惹味, 蟹夠晒份量大大隻蟹鉗拆殼後啖啖肉

眼淚蝦棗作為前菜,的確大人小朋友都會喜歡. 蝦棗炸至金黄香脆輕輕黏上旁邊的醬汁,非常開胃.
