隨變火鍋係香港麻辣雞煲嘅始祖, 開業多年, 以麻辣雞煲最出名, 雞煲用多款香料熬製, 又香又辣, 爸媽都非常鍾意, 經常約去佐敦店食。最近隨變火鍋係銅鑼灣開左新店, 當然要約埋佢地黎刷返餐啦。😁隨變火鍋銅鑼灣新店開係登龍街V Point 23樓, 裝修以灰白色配木色, 簡約而富有格調, 落地玻璃設計外望維港海景。座位寬敞舒適, 除卡位之外仲特設有吧枱, 方便一至二人都可到餐廳食雞煲, 串燒同飲生啤。餐牌設計簡單, 不過菜色選擇好多, 單單招牌雞煲加乾鍋已經有差不多20款, 價錢貼地, 10點後宵夜時段仲有85折優惠。由於老婆唔太食我辣, 爸媽今日揀左呢度嘅招牌乾鍋 , 另外除左火鍋配料之外, 仲加左客串燒, 4個人都應該好夠食。😚燒手工雞皮 $22隨變火鍋有駐場燒烤師傅, 即點即燒, 質素有保證, 呢款燒雞皮非常香脆, 富有油香之餘唔會太膩, 非常惹味。👍乾鍋醬汁雞(半隻) $238除左麻辣雞煲之外, 餐廳另一款招牌菜乾鍋醬汁雞同樣出色, 雞肉鮮嫩而且好入味, 半隻份量都唔少, 四個人share都好夠食。😋鴛鴦火鍋湯底 $0點選乾鍋可免費配火鍋湯底, 由於老婆唔食辣, 我地揀左鮮
