慶祝契媽壽辰,二日前透過OpenRice App 訂座,特別選擇居高臨下又有維港相伴的「功德林」,粵式、泰式、日式同韓式素食都試過,今日要花點心思來個上海式茹素。所以話呢素食都可以好有創意。🥣南瓜素翅👍啖啖都是南瓜糯香,加上素翅口感極似,仲有蛋白粒貌似蟹絲,是一碗清香味美有口感的南瓜素翅。🥢素脆鱔用冬菇切條脆炸加入糖醋,酥香惹味😍。🥢馬蘭頭這道功夫菜我每次都必食,馬蘭頭獨有香氣清新撲鼻,廚師刀工將馬蘭頭同豆腐乾切得幼細,口感細膩。😋🥢羅漢上素包羅萬有雲耳、雪耳、粟米細、馬蹄、銀杏、冬菇同百頁結盡吸上湯汁。🥢叉子燒餅這道菜要襯熱食先可以保持燒餅香口,餡料係冬菇、馬蹄同素肉,味道中規中矩。🍑百福壽桃包紅豆蓉做餡,清香低糖軟熟可口,獨特精緻外型一睇就知是這裡師父自家製造好好味👍
