咁耐冇食好西,當然要搵間有格調嘅餐廳chill一chill~今晚黎到海港城嘅Harbourside Grill食野,佢最正係可以一邊望住維港一邊嘆美食。入到黎都個人都放鬆晒,餐廳晚飯時段都幾多人,週末黎建議book位menu中英對照,非常友善一軟一硬嘅麵包,牛油好香口,令我開左個靚胃,準備享宴!法國紛迪加No.2 生蠔(六隻) 配紅蔥及覆盆子醋汁,呢款生蠔清新鮮甜,海水味唔會好重,配上紅蔥同覆盆子醋汁,酸酸嘅醋味同生蠔嘅鮮甜完美匹配,有別於檸檬加茄汁!味道清新淡雅,食完想再嚟多盤!醃大西洋三文魚配醃紅蔥及西洋菜,魚肉輕軟滑嫩,經醃制過嘅三文魚鮮咸感重,再配埋醃紅蔥同西洋菜,帶絲絲清脆口感,有平衡嘅感覺。雅枝竹配烤榛子及巴馬芝士意大利飯,枝竹煮得爽脆香口,同意大利飯一齊食好夾,飯中入咗榛子粒同芝士,芝士濃郁配上香脆榛子,細滑中帶脆脆口感,好好味!美國頂級牛柳配鴨肝、奶油菠菜及松露醬,今晚最精彩就係呢道菜,牛肉肥瘦適中,5分熟火候掌握得好,咬落去嫩滑多汁。配上肥美鴨肝,又香又濃郁,再加上松露醬真係啖啖過癮,而奶油菠菜食落香嫩,中和返油膩感,成個感覺恰到好處~食住main,店員就比左份甜品m
