經常與食友外出用膳都是計劃好地點菜式的,其實辛苦了一整天過後,漫無目的的遊蕩,撞進感興趣的餐廳,也是浪漫的一種。工作過後又累又餓,腦海卻沒主意要吃什麼。千島醬在instagram看到朋友放了大坑的照片,就提議不如到大坑逛。大坑食店林立,不愁找不到合心的,當下便同意了。往大坑途中不斷思索,突然想起從前的Mist Pizzeria,跟Rasupermen同屬一門的PizzaZaZa。在門口看過Menu以後覺得還不錯,便不多想了。這裡的裝潢不是很精緻優雅,但就帶一種摩登時尚感,甫入門就瞥見宜家傢俬出品的那幅數字掛畫(笑)。坐下點餐後,侍應送上兩個小杯,裡頭放了顆藥丸似的,只見侍應加進水,它就升高起來。我跟千島醬兩個大孩子彷若看到魔術一般,興奮的嘖嘖稱奇。不想吃太多,麵包籃($5/一位)只要了一人份分享淺嚐。三款麵包包括香脆的Grissini長麵包條、Focaccia香草麵包以及綿密帶甜味的切片麵包,全都是新鮮暖熱的上場。伴上辣味蕃茄醬、香草醬及橄欖油酸醋三款醬汁,在菠蘿包也要四元一隻的光景,這個麵包籃實在抵吃吧?來這裡當然要吃Pizza,我們選了牛肝菌煙燻水牛芝士全麥薄餅($148)。全麥薄

某些菜式索價偏高,猶其是前菜類和甜品,但以它的用料和心思,都是物有所值。比方說聽侍應介紹,這裡的四季芝士薄餅($118)跟外頭的不一樣,一般店會把Mozzarella、Gorgonzola、Pecorino和Fontina四種芝士混成一塊,但這裡會把它們分開來,好讓客人能清晰嚐到每種獨特的香味。另外前菜和湯品都不乏特色選擇,這次吃不下那麼多,又有再來的藉口了!

I went there after I had a full lunch from the nearby oysters restaurant at King Street but my stomach was not full because everything in HK is too small but expensive comparing to North American standard. Anyway, I managed to sit nearby the entrance and tried their speciality which is pasta. I guess I had the shrimps because I was told the clam had been sold out. Again, the portion was very small as if it was a won ton noodles but the taste was nice. I believe the owner and the chef know what they are doing though this type of food is very common in North America particularly in NYC where I enjoy more than dinning out in HK.
I would recommend this restaurant to those who love pasta and pizza.
