中環呢一度雖然係高消費嘅地方,但係食物嘅話當然就係無可匹敵, 既然係食嘅當然就係要對自己好啲。 🥰間唔時食吓啲米芝蓮摘星餐廳咁仲可以體會到食物的藝術🤭我今次要推介嘅米芝蓮級數餐廳非常之方便,連街都唔使行出去。就喺亞歷山大廈嘅Ami。 🤤豪華得來又帶點神秘感裏面主要都係用木嘅元素作為概念。細心感受到就會發覺用餐區同酒吧其實係連住咗,😌更加有二合為一嘅感覺,再配合埋柔弱嘅燈光成個氣氛變得幾浪漫,🥰而且份外有格調,周圍嘅環境佈置,甚至係餐具都充滿左藝術嘅氣息,😙講求嘅就係要享受美食而且對生活嘅儀式咁嘅注重。😍一開始就會有個Sour Dough 開胃,暖笠笠,而且外層係脆皮裏面係香軟嘅包,🥖再配埋佢哋自家製嘅Smoky Butter, 🧈煙燻味特別濃郁, 完全降低晒牛油本身嘅油膩感, 非常有特色🧈Lobster with tagetes vinaigrette, lemon— 🦞正式踏入前菜嘅環節,喺嗰度清新嘅龍蝦菜式,底部就係蕃茄清湯配上龍蝦汁啫喱, 🦞酸酸甜甜,而且龍蝦啫喱非常有特色同創意,更加突出🍅鮮嫩嘅龍蝦肉本身嘅鮮味,再加上龍蝦肉特別爽口,🍅上菜前再淋上一圈嘅金盞花醋,少少嘅清新草本

Mushroom soup with shiltake & black pepper roll — 🍄表面睇落就好似普通嘅蘑菇湯,但係內裏嘅乾坤真係令人大開眼界,🤩呢一個蘑菇湯最特別嘅地方就係唔採用任何一滴水,🍄採用左巴黎白蘑菇, 用cream做base, 🍄所以飲落去奶香味從中而且蘑菇嘅味道係極度濃郁, 可以列咗係人生最濃嘅蘑菇湯, 🥣飲嘅時候更加要從底部開始味道會係極致嘅香濃, 而且非常絲滑冇顆粒感, 🥣味道令人畢生難忘, 淨係飲湯就唔夠嘅,佢哋就配埋個日本舞茸酥,🍄香脆嘅酥皮包裏面就係放滿左日本舞茸粒,同樣都係菇味沖足,形成咗兩重奏。🍄

Toothfish with courgette, red wine sauce— 🐟輪到海鮮嘅第二道菜用咗牙魚作為protein,🐟採用咗紅菜頭汁醃製,紅菜頭本身帶有少少甜味,另外再用咗紅酒整嘅汁🍷,所以同牙魚嘅配搭會更突出魚嘅鮮甜,顏色上亦都更加吸引。 🍷至於肉質就好似斑腩一樣都係層層分明。🍷

Abalone with dried sausage, petit pois— 🥕海洋嘅珍饈點少得鮑魚呢?採用左南非鮑,切好咗一片片方便入口,除咗鮮嫩同彈牙之外仲滲出小小嘅海洋鹹鮮味,🩶為咗增加口感,所以成道菜都會加咗唔少嘅元素,例如有甘筍,🥕蘆筍,至於果汁底就採用左臘腸碎同埋鮑魚汁,面頭再加上櫻花蝦額外增添左油香同脆脆地嘅口感🥕

Black forest, 66% chocolate, Kirsch, morello cherry— 🍫最後嚟到甜品環節,甜品就行返經典嘅菜式就係黑森林,🍰配埋自家製雲呢拿雪糕。 🍨尤其是嗰塊朱古力更加係顯得靈石高貴閃出金色嘅光芒。🍫嗰一片朱古力下面就係歐洲櫻桃蛋糕,少少酸酸地,亦都好好中和一下前面幾道菜咁豐富嘅味道,🍰配埋香氣十足嘅雲呢拿雪糕就零舍夾🍰

鍾意飲威士忌或者係葡萄酒嘅人,依度擁有多種珍貴而且稀有嘅威士忌仲要包括左世界知名酒莊嘅出品,無論係經典定係大膽嘅創作都可以一應俱全。🥳依度亦都係一個happy hour 好去處!用餐嘅時候都見到唔少人收工嚟到依個露天酒吧放鬆一下!🤩
Yuzu Penicillin — 🍹呢個係餐廳其中一杯signature cocktail ,至於呢杯就採用咗柚子碎條,🍊柚子汁同埋Gin , 幾清新,有一啲姜嘅味道同埋薄荷嘅香味,味道豐富,有一種refresh口腔嘅感覺,為每一啖嘅美食帶嚟由頭開始嘅享受。🍊
