星期六午餐。白衣侍應一律遊魂,成日都睇唔到我示意要服務。終於送餐牌了,我有一位小朋友,但又冇俾埋小朋友餐牌。後來,點餐,係一位疑似經理或主管的小姐來,才告知其實有小朋友餐牌,並建議將我哋點的十寸pizza 改為一份小朋友pizza 餐。咁先係有水準嘅服務,欣賞佢,先讚一讚!叫了一份羊架set lunch($238兩道菜)、一份beef cheek risotto with duck liver(加$60), 同一份兒童pizza 餐($118)。羊架三件,medium well, 雖然每件都係細細件,但肉質鮮嫩,冇羶味,味道調得非常到位,啲garnish 都好食,係回頭再食之作。Beef cheek risotto with duck liver: 幾粒仔牛,同半塊鴨肝,啲飯係剛熟那種al dente。食一啖飯入口,味道古怪,食了半份,認真食鴨肝,不得了,內裡血管係血紅色的,唔怪得一路食碟飯都好嘔心的感覺,原來肝唔熟!OMG! 家禽的肝一定要熟,否則好多菌!白衣侍應依然見我唔到,同時我已經開始頂唔順反胃反到上喉嚨定,好彩又係黑衫疑似主管過來同我解決問題。佢見到份嘢食咁都醒水,問「不如點

後來,點餐,係一位疑似經理或主管的小姐來,才告知其實有小朋友餐牌,並建議將我哋點的十寸pizza 改為一份小朋友pizza 餐。咁先係有水準嘅服務,欣賞佢,先讚一讚!

叫了一份羊架set lunch($238兩道菜)、一份beef cheek risotto with duck liver(加$60), 同一份兒童pizza 餐($118)。

羊架三件,medium well, 雖然每件都係細細件,但肉質鮮嫩,冇羶味,味道調得非常到位,啲garnish 都好食,係回頭再食之作。

廚房失手同侍應多數冇關,但侍應要識應對,我嘔完返來,佢都有跟進下我感受,最後都好醒咁冇收份生肝原本要top up 的$60,呢位黑衣女職員要再讚下佢!

最後,呢間餐廳的羊暫時係我哋食過香港最好食的,可以回頭再食,同時佢啲鴨肝就blacklist 了。
