呢班朋友,真係又愛又恨,如果唔係工作需要,都未必有機見到,但每次食飯,都總有講不完嘅話題,為左要傾好耐,所以就walk in去大榮華揾張大枱慢慢傾!其實係好多年之前,我都俾過機會呢間大榮華,但當時唔知係唔係走紅一時,食物質素確實有進步空間。N年之後重遊舊地,其實又‥‥‥‥‥!整體份量唔算多,所以我地七個人,最後叫左八碟菜。先上雞蛋魚腸,面算脆而且無咩苦味,不過我就會諗其實係唔係無咩魚腸,因為佢將魚腸切碎,唔似其他餐廳咁成條成條上,但味道係唔錯既!之後就係五味雞,同豉油雞完全無分別,所以都係一般,雞肉又無咩話特別嫩口,所以普通一道菜。另外兩三碟菜,菠菜清,油麥菜無想像中咁油,我會鍾意油麥菜多D,而西蘭花個蟹粉蛋白汁都OK,唔算話好特別,所以油麥菜贏!朋友鍾意食蝦,所以佢最鍾意,陳皮味就未必有,當豉油蝦食都可以既。而一字排就有西餐既感覺,但水準當然就無啦,但除魚腸,我都覺得一字排算好食。而最後,牛腩最唔得,太林,想做到西餐感覺但就做到不論不類,所以都食淨好多。酒樓當然一定係嘈既,不過琴晚星期五都九成FULL,算叫唔錯,但食物就普普通通囉!
