To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

去過幾次嘉豪打邊爐, 感覺一般般.....頭兩次去, 兩次都有食客貓咗攪事, 所以之后次次去嘉豪, 次次都希望有人攪事反枱, 我就同朋友乘亂速閃!哩個, 係我同朋友嘅笑話黎啫! 哈哈.... (^0^)鴛鴦湯底點咗個鮮茄粟米薯仔湯底同沙爹湯底, 鮮茄粟米薯仔湯底得幾舊薯仔, 另外一邊, 沙爹講唔上香濃, 味道頗淡.火鍋配料點咗肥牛, 生菜, 午餐肉, 炸魚皮, 手打鯪魚滑, 手打墨魚滑, 魚皮餃, 鮮冬菇, 蘿白.其中, 肥牛薄切, 如果唔係烚太耐變老, 都唔會有太大問題. 手打鯪魚滑係最愛, 因為加上大量我極愛嘅蔥花, 炸魚皮有DD失望, 因為入咗氣有DD唔夠脆, 魚皮餃嘅 Size 比街市嘅細粒, 其他配料, 正常係咩特別.最失望係D自選醬油, 以前好多選擇, 今次幫襯唔單只選擇少, 連份量都少.雖然各方面都係一般, 我仍然會繼續幫襯, 百令蚊一位想點呢? 而且冷氣足夠, 算係咁啦.
