去理大任教其中一個最吸引我的地方, 就是吃到火夫的拉麵和串燒, 這陣子佢又有新口味, 當然蝦湯炸蝦麵是頂級水準, 但還是想看看經常轉變的主食菜單, 他們會如何適應和處理. 今次吃的是牛肉湯麵, 湯底是牛骨熬製的高湯, 以少少醬油調味, 純粹鮮甜再加些鹹香, 用上卷身的黃麵, 掛湯能力很好, 口感偏爽合我口砞, 牛肉片沒有雪味, 份量慷慨, 再比不少拉麵店價錢便宜的情況下, 依然值得推薦.串燒的鰻魚和炸蠔, 是這家店燒物和炸物的代表, 前者純粹以海鹽調味, 吃的是鰻魚的爽彈肥美; 後者吃其香脆, 配以蒜蓉蛋黃醬, 配合蠔仔的濃鮮, 這樣的神來之筆, 就是百吃不厭.I enjoyed the ramen and yakitori at Kafu while teaching at PolyU. The beef soup noodles were delicious with a lightly seasoned broth and thick, absorbent noodles. The beef slices were tender and the portion was generous. The grilled eel and fried oyster are popular dishes, with the eel being tender and the oyster paired with a flavorful sauce. This combination is always satisfying. Overall, kafu is a great place to eat with good food at an affordable price.
