食物方面十分創新, 尤其係虎蝦濃湯麵十分出色, 麵既硬度都岩岩好.不過唯一美中不足真是服務, 當日大約5:15pm, 我跟我的另一半係第2批入座的客人, 全餐廳都大把吉位, 侍應安排我倆入座後, 再安排1位單人客同我地搭枱😑 大佬, 成間餐廳大把吉位, 又唔係繁忙時間, 仲要搭枱果個人一路食一路咳, 影響晒食物體驗.間餐廳野食都唔便宜, 又唔係繁忙時間, 全場都係吉既, 果位帶位既女侍應仲要咁唔識變通, 強迫客人搭枱, 有冇搞錯呀整體黎講食物味道係ok, 但呢個價錢遇上呢種服務, 我保證唔會有回頭客, 唔好怪香港人番晒內地食野, 呢種服務質素真是令人卻步 continue reading

Bookmark咗一段時間終於走去試!Lunch set $138前菜:雞肝多士、麥粒味增青瓜、炸秋葵雞肝醬同多士分開上,自己搽嚟食,肝醬好濃郁,多士好脆!麥粒味增好特別,用麥粒係為咗增加口感,一定要加青瓜一齊食,如果唔係就好鹹。炸秋葵唔評論了,個人唔鍾意食秋葵麵食:虎蝦濃湯麵 +$50招牌!個湯超級濃郁,好香嘅蝦味,似西餐嘅龍蝦湯,濃到似醬多過似湯!面頭個隻蝦非常吸睛,連櫻花蝦粉漿一齊炸,好厚肉,肉質彈牙!麵底反而冇湯咁出色,偏冧身,但好掛汁。食到一半已經飽飽哋,開始覺得漏。咁濃郁嘅湯底可能做沾麵會更出色。牡蠣白湯麵 +$40湯底係好鮮嘅牡蠣味,落咗唔少胡椒辟腥,相對比虎蝦濃湯麵更清新。面頭有蠔、溏心蛋,蠔好肥美、好新鮮,湯底都有唔少蠔碎同蔥,層次更豐富。串燒:葡提鴨卷蜜瓜牛卷個人最鍾意呢兩款,提子、蜜瓜嘅甜中和咗鴨肉、牛肉嘅膩,爽脆蜜瓜更有口感。蟹肉牡蠣 +$2蟹肉同蠔各自都好鮮海膽大葉卷 +$4海膽味俾紫蘇味搶曬...飲品:烏龍茶、麥茶濃湯食得多,真係比較漏同埋寡。但係仍然願意再到訪!麵食同串燒選擇五花八門,每樣都好吸引,好想每次都試唔同口味! continue reading

首先 我地3個去到見排第一張枱 諗住無所謂應該好快 點知最後等左成1個半鐘先入到座 期間見到有啲遲過我地排嘅兩位都分別入左 食完岀返黎 我地仲等緊 到我哋去問第二次 先立即俾張枱我地 之後食左45分鐘加單叫啤酒 加單後之後再過多5分鐘 侍應同我哋講話10分鐘後要還枱 (剛才的加單啤酒還未到)話無訂位的 只限60分鐘堂食 我攞飛嘅時候你又無同我哋講只有60分鐘 入座你唔講落單你唔講 到最後15分鐘加單都唔講 一嘢就話要還枱 之後睇返之前的留言 原來之前都有食客跟我的經歷一樣 其實食物同環境都不差 但管理有待改善 continue reading
