To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

有時,做人唔使太清醒既~ 坐在落地玻璃窗前,俯瞰沙田夜景,手執芳香白酒,快活過元帥。 是的,我又是在沙田萬怡酒店,頂樓的LEVELthirty。呢個環境與景觀,好岩feel。 先整個小食最實際,鴨肉春卷,香脆惹味,咬落發出咔嚓咔嚓的亮麗聲響,邊吃邊與老友有說有笑,食到飲到唔捨得走,乃人之常情。 原來逢星期一和二,酒店做緊冰鎮海鮮山配美酒佳餚,晚餐後再來呢個海鮮山,我係咪痴左線? 由下層講起,鮑魚加入和風元素,藍青口與花甲鮮味十足,泰式生蝦最緊要配埋汁醬。生蠔即開,可惜始終不是時令。 頂頭嗰層就堅了,波龍與琵琶蝦開邊,啖啖肉,不羨仙。凍蝦原來唔係咁簡單,而是花雕杞子醉蝦,入味非常。黃金螺唔會韌得像趙香口膠,鱈場蟹腳夠鮮甜,仲有原隻爆羔麵包蟹...... 要吃過晚餐的我們清掉呢班蝦兵蟹將,談何容易?好彩我哋有外緩。 呷一口芬芳Sauvignon Blanc,酒不醉人人自醉,抑或是酒入愁腸愁更愁?Who cares! 唔飲酒既朋友,可以來杯彩虹特飲,慢慢Dap彩虹~
