Restaurant: 生記滷味
Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

特然想食滷水鵝一支公又冇理由去打冷黎呢度食個滷水鵝飯就啱啱好餐牌呢到除咗滷水鵝之外仲有好多其他滷味腎肝大腸豬耳豬手紅腸鵝翼豆腐雞蛋乜都有鵝拼腎飯滷水鵝皮入曬味而且鵝肉仍然嫩滑不過今日運氣麻麻佢斬左好多骨比我碟頭飯就係咁食到乜都好講運氣豪氣啲可以食六十幾蚊嘅鵝脾飯咁就一定啖啖肉呢度啲腎都有分大細細腎平啲入味口感較棉大腎就食爽口個人喜好細腎配醋食冇咁油膩須主動問店員攞隨飯附送例湯一碗花生煲瓜同鵝頸物盡其用
