To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

我對粵劇並不太認識,對它的認知,就是總會在電視上籌款活動時看到的,而且是非物質文化遺產。帝京酒店帝京軒最近推出以粵劇為題的「 查. 督.撐」套餐,把多齣粵劇幻化成一道道桌上美饌,每道菜都有段故,不論在味道或擺盤上都讓人難忘,不得不佩服中廚師傅那份創意與心思。  出 將韮菜盒(閩) , 蔥海參(魯) , 海蜇花(粵), 煙燻魚(蘇), 餞火方(浙), 酸醃菜(川) - 佚名《六國大封相》 是所有粵劇團作為開台首唱必演的例戲,故江師傅以此為題炮製頭盤以六道小菜分別代表齊、楚、燕、韓、趙、魏六國,擺盤以背旗為靈感,再加上冠帽,好有戲勢﹗  蔥海參好滑溜,海蜇花爽脆清新,煙燻魚香口惹味,比拼上來,勢均力敵呀﹗ 亮 相漁牧花膠鱈魚濃湯 - 南海十三郎《心聲淚影》特別選用海鮮入饌,濃湯以龍躉骨及鰂魚湯熬六小時而成,再配以花膠及厚身鱈魚,鮮味十足,好滋養。**另可選碧玉紅酸辣南瓜盅(素) 西涼莊宮爆紅袍蝦 - 平貴別窰以野生虎蝦配以川辣汁, 蝦膏香濃甘甜, 蝦肉爽甜鮮美,就連蝦頭也炸得鬆脆可口如蝦片,旁邊則有玫瑰花形的蔥油餅。 洞庭彎月芙蓉龍躉- 柳毅傳書相當有驚喜而且超級美的一道菜,以酸辣湯及雞蛋

洞庭彎月芙蓉龍躉- 柳毅傳書
相當有驚喜而且超級美的一道菜,以酸辣湯及雞蛋做成彎月,彷彿是夜空下湖水倒影著彎月,選用龍躉入饌並 混合蝦及豬肉做成酸菜龍躉餃,非常有意境;酸辣度剛剛好,帶出那酸溜溜的心情。

增城野菌三色藜麥(素) - 九天玄女
驟眼看以為是原粒荔枝放在炒飯上,原來是以新豬肉及荔枝肉混合,蘸上茶果子扮作荔枝, 外層脆口,內層煙韌,賣相可愛。炒飯中同樣加入荔枝肉,並伴以蟲草花、藜麥等同炒,味道清甜不油膩。
