To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 2012年5月1日 - 老趙越南餐廳認識咗老趙老店好耐,可惜大頭蝦唔係我杯荼,所以一直幫襯。今次突然想食越南火車頭,去開飯綱搵去邊度開飯, 終於決定去老趙老店唔夠七點,已經要等位,好彩我哋早一步到咗叫咗四樣嘢生牛肉湯河先講生牛河, 無香葉,但有大量洋蔥同蔥花,同平時食喎啲有點兒分別,個湯底幾濃牛味,,但啲河粉有啲黐埋晒...有啲就碎濕濕,扣分~粉包依個堅好食,沙葛加上黑椒,好香, 雖然粉皮唔算薄,但勝在餡料夠多,一啲都唔覺,。而且粉皮都好滑又唔會黐住晒,好耐未食過咁好食嘅粉包炸蝦餅依個都好食, 爽口彈牙,蝦味十足,唔會成口粉,不過75蚊好似貴咗啲囉。扎肉撈檬,OK但一般三色冰, 綠色粉條太淋,又無椰汁味,NO GOOD

先講生牛河, 無香葉,但有大量洋蔥同蔥花,同平時食喎啲有點兒分別,個湯底幾濃牛味,,但啲河粉有啲黐埋晒...有啲就碎濕濕,扣分~

依個堅好食,沙葛加上黑椒,好香, 雖然粉皮唔算薄,但勝在餡料夠多,一啲都唔覺,。而且粉皮都好滑又唔會黐住晒,好耐未食過咁好食嘅粉包
