To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

🥰 話說 重慶大廈 “七姨” 轉咗 老板, 質素不穩, 自此尋尋覓覓, 今日嚟到位於 重慶大廈 一樓死角 嘅 “珍珠皇宮”. 格局相對高檔, 最緊要坐得舒服, 仲有廣東話服務員, 哈哈.🦐 Prawn masala. $138. 熱焫焫, 呢個就係誠意! 蝦細細隻, 半透明狀態, 滑捋捋, 起碼十隻八隻. 瑪沙拉蕃茄味唔算明顯, 但夠複雜性, 一流! 可以媲美 “七姨”.🍙 Steamed rice, $35. 印度飯, 冇怪味, 完美配合瑪沙拉.🥭 Mango lassi, $42. 芒果味濃郁, 又夠渴身, 完勝!🤗 總結: 食物份量十分慷慨, 一個人食唔晒, 當然定價都唔平. 馬莎拉味道相當優質, 尋尋覓覓, 終於搵到了, 下次再試其他咖喱.😱 後記: 用餐當日上咗 “七姨”, 諗住俾多次機會, 眼見一台客, 我坐低咗幾分鐘, 都見唔到服務員, 算了!
