Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

  自從美林酒樓結束後,等這間酒樓裝修,等足一年,上星期來飲早茶,飲午茶,食物水準都唔錯,今晚帶家人來試吓小菜,等位等足40分鐘,平日見到排長龍便掉頭走的我,心諗…星期天,去那兒都要等位的,還好的是食物幾新鮮,味道整體上都ok的。  一行三人,叫了388既餐,有龍蝦…伊麵底(龍蝦新鮮,伊麵個湯汁冇乜味),薑蔥粉絲炒蟹(蟹亦好新鮮,粉絲也好入味),燒鵝例牌(皮脆肉嫩),另加了兩份刺身(118+38),另叫了兩碗白飯,埋單連茶錢及加一共$620.50 。點心是之前飲茶影的。------------------------------

Other Info. : 後話:因餐牌選擇不多的關係,我見到好多張細檯都係叫呢個388既餐,餐牌增加多些選擇就更好了!
