To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

😋 ins：eatwithsirui，微博：邵思睿_Daisy🔹大名鼎鼎的周记最有名的就是流沙西多士，日常排队很久，但如果开门的时候就过来还好，店内空间不大，需要拼桌。🔸奶黄流沙西多士：我的天哪，这是什么神奇的西多士，也太好吃了吧，刀剖开面包的时候，流沙就汹涌而至，味道十分给力，经典经典。🔸芝麻虾多士：虾多士虾肉分量超足，没有流沙西多士看起来那么罪恶，一份很大，沾着蘸料好评。🔸流沙包：和流沙西多士相比逊色很多，但流沙也很棒，是可以流动的。🔸卤凤爪：正常水平，肉烂入味。🔸四宝滑鸡扎：推荐，食材太丰富了，鸡肉，竹荪，蟹棒，清淡好吃又入味吧饱腹。🔹人均50-100，环境6/10，口味9/10，服务7/10。
