To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

發掘左屯馬線的方便後,今晚又去九龍城吃我最喜愛的泰國菜!每次食泰菜都必點豬肉生菜包!今次點了清邁style的,我覺得比平時食的感覺較多香料味道,會多些香料層次,少許辣,十分惹味!由於只有2人食,所以要精挑菜式,點了燒豬頸肉,馬拉盞炒通菜和蛋包鮮蝦炒金邊粉,飲品就點了青檸梳打和芒果沙冰。嘩!每碟菜都份量十足,看來又敗在眼闊肚窄了⋯⋯燒豬頸肉炭燒味十足,不會過肥很有咬口,再點酸辣汁,很香口!金邊粉炒得很均勻,每條粉都很入味,酸酸甜甜很開胃好吃。馬拉盞炒通菜炒得很有獲氣,很多配料去炒,所以很有味道,這碟是最快清碟!杯芒果沙冰很有鮮甜果香味,不會是很假的生果味,解辣和油膩感一流!整過性價比一流!不過這店只有walk-in ,不能訂位,下次再去都要好像今次準時放工先得了!
