To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 日期: 某星期一 公眾假期等候:0 因為電話訂座了服務: 很貼心 客人未出聲已經主動感受到幫忙,由坐底 放袋 坐向易看景觀 餐牌 介紹 都很細緻,達到酒店水準👍🏻👍🏻食物: 1) 鮑魚酥$98/隻 - 需預定 , 外皮酥脆,鮑魚淋滑,雖然酥皮和鮑魚未至於太夾,但鮑魚淋滑程度好好,價錢不貴,性價比可以一試。 2)紅菜頭餃 - 以為紅菜頭是餡,點知放一片系面😅😅 正常味道。3)羊肚菌燒賣 $78 - 肥肉唔多,實質的豬肉餡 很好。4)榆耳豆付 $188 - 普普通通 正常5)遠年陳皮陳醋骨 $288 - 👍🏻👍🏻最驚喜 最好味 最值得一再回味菜式,雖然價錢有少少貴,但好值得。炸脆陳皮絲放面,陳醋甜酸剛剛好,不嗆口,又脆又酸甜 再配搭陳皮香味…..好好味😋。 不過份量不多,細細碟,酒店精緻🤭🤭總結: 餐廳服務和環境都得好,合乎酒店規格👍🏻👍🏻小菜很驚喜,會再去。
